Samples of our exclusive straw houses >

Our exclusive houses are of frame structure. In this case, the loads of the building are carried by the frame, and the straw becomes a heat insulating material. Wood is usually used to build the frame. The principle of building all frame-and-straw houses is the same: at first the frame is erected, then a roof is built and afterwards the straw packs are placed and compressed. The roof is necessary, because the straw may be damaged by moisture. The roof slopes protrude away from the walls, thus protecting them from direct rain water. We have built various distinctive buildings - a small and a large bath, a small house and a huge modern house. In our projects the good properties of straw and clay plaster were combined together with modern technical standards. These buildings are notable for their extremely high thermal resistance, thus the costs for heating are reduced, while the natural materials used for walls breathe maintaining good indoor climate. The construction of such frame-type house virtually implies no limits for the imagination of a builder or an architect as the framework could be designed according to the desires of the customer. If you are interested in a really spectacular and unique home - this choice is for you.
