New types of panels are special because these products incorporate double frame. During the construction of the exclusive houses, single frame structure was used. The technology how the straw is inserted into the panel is unique and does not have rivals in the world. During that process, a uniform compression density is achieved and is equal to about 120 kg/m3, i.e. the straws are compressed with a constant pressure force. Surplus straw are cut very precisely using special equipment and afterwards two times less plaster is needed to cover the surface if compared to the amount necessary for the other types of panels or straw surfaces. 

A particular advantage of these panels is the speed of their installation at the building site. Depending on the level of preparation, approximately 100 m2 of wall area can be installed within 1 - 2 days. Because of the special design, the panels can be joined together using only an ordinary drill and no other special tools or equipment is required. The panels are not very heavy (weight is up to 200 kg), therefore they can be moved by hand, thus eliminating costly cranes. Using new type of panels help to solve some other technical problems, for example, the formation of cold bridges are completely avoided as straw area of one panel is joined to the straw panel of another one. As a result, not only the cold bridges are eliminated, but the design becomes very tight too.
