What are straw panels? 
 
Straw  panels are already ready-made fragments of straw wall. They are made of wooden frame to be wedged by straw bundles. The measurements of the panels produced are the following 3 x 1,2 x 0,40 m. Any special equipment is unnessary in order to load, deliver and unload the panels. Thanks to the convenience of the panels, the walls of any layout of the building can be constructed.

What is the origin of straw panels? 
 
As the constructions  of  the straw houses  have been initiated in Lithuania, people have encountered the  problem that  it is complicated to make a qualitative frame. Only professional craftsmen can perform it , unfortunately there are only few specialists in Lithuania. That‘s  pricely  why  the idea came to make  standard panels to be constructed easily by any builder or woodworker. 
 
What are the advantages of straw panels? 
 
Straws in the panels are compressed evenly and qualitatively by special equipment. This is rather difficult to achieve in technology of  the construction of straw houses without panel. Panels are easily mounted.: the walls of the building of  100-200 square meters can be mounted by several people in few days. As the construction process runs fast, the weather conditions do not influence it. Just forecast some sunny days and the walls are ready. The wooden frame is mounted in the panels, thus it is simple to get an approvement for the Project for such  a building. The procedure of the mentioned panel house is similar to the normal frame house.
